TWIST CHATS WITH CUTIE MATT PROKOP (Apr '10)
"I cut my hand on a tree! It wasn't bad...it was like a little scratch and I tried to work it into the scene. I was like, 'Woah, now you're gonna hit me? Scratch me? Come on, I thought we were hitting it off, and you're gonna openly scratch me? I don't know if I could be your friend anymore.' And then, I started fake crying. We're constantly goofing off in-between takes. And even on takes sometimes." ... more

ALLOY INTERVIEW (Apr '10)
"It's one of those things where kids don't feel like they have a voice, and kids need to realize that they're the future. Our parents and grandparents aren't going to be able to tell us what to do forever, so we need to know that if we have these thoughts and start doing these things at a young age, they'll carry on to the future and we'll have a better life and a cleaner life and a greener life." ... more

ONTHETEENBEAT INTERVIEW (Jan '10)
"It is such an honor! I grew up one of the biggest Brendan Fraser fans and was really nervous about meeting him and playing his son—but from Day One he has been great to work with. He is actually like a father to me. He has been like, "What are you doing tonight? Let's go get sushi! We're going!" He has just been the nicest, most down-to-earth guy I have ever worked with and like I said before, it has been such an honor!" ... more

With "Furry Vengeance" being only his second movie, Prokop added that it was a little intimidating at first working with Fraser and Shields. "It was incredible. “We got in trouble about six times for skateboarding around [where we filmed in] Salt Lake,” Prokop said. “There was a night when me, Corbin, Chris, and Ryne all longboarded to 7-11 after we got off work. It was like midnight in Salt Lake and there were literally no cars out and we were just skateboarding down the street. It was awesome.” ... more

JUSTJAREDJR INTERVIEW (Feb '09)
"My friends and I are writing a lot right now – because it’s hard with our age range, everything’s going so much older and with the Disney demographic, we want to keep it family friendly. And you don’t want to do any of those break-out roles yet, so we’re trying to write some younger comedies. There’s so many of the Knocked Up and Superbad and all the older comedies that are funny, but a little too graphic. So we want to make those really funny comedies but that are for the younger ages. Hopefully it’ll work out." ... more

ULTIMATEDISNEY INTERVIEW (Feb '09)
"The biggest challenge would be holding up that towel! I think they had to sew and Velcro and stitch up that towel so much to where it would fit our bodies perfectly, 'cause they were constantly pouring water on us every time they yelled "Cut", and then we'd have to run about one hundred yards on camera, and that towel would try and fall every day, but luckily there were no accidents." ... more

VICTORIA ADVOCATE Q&A (Oct '08)
"It was definitely nerve-racking. Just in the sense you have Zac, Vanessa, Ashley, Corbin; all these people that have made “High School Musical” what it is today. You didn’t want to go into it thinking “Oh man, I gotta steal their spotlight.” You have to go into it and blend in and don’t be the one to screw up or overstay your welcome." ... more

COSMOGIRL! Q&A (Oct '08)
"I called my mom and she didn’t believe me. She had to call my agent and find out from him. She thought I was joking because every time I have good news, I always call her and pretend that it’s bad, and by the time that I finally convince her that I didn’t get it, I’m like, “Okay, I did!” So she was like, “Wait! Did you or didn’t you? Okay, I’m calling your agent!” And she hung up and called him." ... more
